Gregory A. Rice, CEO / Managing Partner Gregory Rice is Executive Management's CEO. Greg directs development, acquisitions, partnership management, and the financing or restructuring of debt. Greg is also a managing partner in the following companies: Woodland Plastics, Event Evolution, Castle Rock Lake LLC, Heartridge Homes, Payment Service Network, RB Publishing, Quizzer, Ltd., and the Bridges Golf Course. These companies are associated with EMI through Greg's involvement and most of these companies' financial records are managed through EMI's office. A thirty-year veteran of EMI, Greg's business and real estate experience continues the tradition of excellence established by EMI's founder.

Todd Greenwald, Property Manager Todd Greenwald has over 15 years experience in Property Management. In addition, Todd's extensive experience in new construction, tenant improvements, comprehensive building operations, multi-site Property Management and operational budgeting provides additional avenues for building and retaining customer relationships. Todd oversees EMI's Property Management Team which includes over twelve employees that directly work with our customers. Todd is a member of the Institute of Real Estate management (IREM), the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and holds a Real Estate Broker license in the State of Wisconsin. He also initiated and led EMI's Partnership with MG&E's Green Power Tomorrow program and the EPA's Green Power Partnership.
