Email Greg	Gregory A. Rice, CEO / Managing Partner Gregory Rice is Executive Management's CEO. Greg directs development, acquisitions, partnership management, and the financing or restructuring of debt. Greg is also a managing partner in the following companies: Woodland Plastics, Event Evolution, Castle Rock Lake LLC, Heartridge Homes, Payment Service Network, RB Publishing, Quizzer, Ltd., and the Bridges Golf Course. These companies are associated with EMI through Greg's involvement and most of these companies' financial records are managed through EMI's office. A thirty-year veteran of EMI, Greg's business and real estate experience continues the tradition of excellence established by EMI's founder.
Email Susan	Susan Springman, President Susan Springman is the President of EMI, joining the company in 2001 to assist Greg Rice with his growing company.  Susan oversees the day-to-day personnel issues within the company and supervises the firm's brokers. Additionally, Susan is the project manager for various development projects including the University Square development and Castle Rock Lake Condominium Homes located in Juneau County.
Email Gary	Gary Mohoney, Assistant Vice President Gary Mohoney has been a commercial broker with Executive Management, Inc. for over nine years and has sixteen years experience in construction, facilities management and brokerage. Gary's primary role is that of marketing, leasing, and managing the companies' real estate portfolio in a manner that maximizes each properties value. Gary's primary responsibility is brokerage for all of EMI's office buildings as well as the retail properties EMI currently owns. Gary is a Madison native and graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Email Adam	Adam Smith, Associate Adam Smith graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a joint degree in economics and political science in May of 2005. A native of New York City, Adam's real estate background began with site acquisition and development in the New York City Metropolitan Area. Adam's primary brokerage responsibilities at Executive Management include marketing, leasing and managing the company's industrial, warehouse, vacant land and self storage portfolios as well as industrial owner and tenant representation. Adam performs financial analysis and cost estimating for EMI's development projects and manages disbursements, logistics and coordination for the University Square Redevelopment Project.
Email Gail	Gail Selk, Broker Gail has been a commercial real estate broker for nine years specializing in leasing, marketing and investments.  After 18 years as publisher of Madison Magazine, connections give her an advantage in assisting clients in today's highly competitive real estate market.  Professional affiliations include: Member of the WI Board of Realtors, Madison Commercial Brokers Association, Wisconsin CCIM (Commercial Investment Management Institute) Chapter, and the Madison Advertising Federation.  Active in her community, she currently serves on civic and corporate boards in Madison.  Gail's primary focus at EMI is leasing downtown and airport business park properties, as well as retail properties. She is also involved in general brokerage for EMI.
Email Todd	Todd Greenwald, Property Manager Todd Greenwald has over eight years experience in Property Management. In addition, Todd’s extensive experience in new construction, tenant improvements, comprehensive building operations, multi-site Property Management and operational budgeting provides additional avenues for building and retaining customer relationships. Todd oversees EMI’s Property Management Team which includes over twelve employees that directly work with our customers. Todd is a member of the Institute of Real Estate management (IREM) and the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
